Up for auction is a vintage G. Schrade pullball switchblade knife, made by Geo Schrade Knife Co in Bridgeport, CT. The knife measures 2 7/8 inches closed, and 5 inches open. The blade is mostly full, with light scratches and spotting, and very light pitting. This is an earlier knife, and was stamped with the arched "G. SCHRADE B'PORT, CT" and the back stamped "PATS 11-9-37 / 10-10-44". These are the correct dates, though many of these knives were stamped with the wrong dates.The synthetic red...

Up for auction with modest reserve is a vintage Colonial Shur-Snap Fatjack switchblade knife, made by the Colonial Knife Co of Providence, RI in the 1950s. The knife measures 4 1/8 inches closed, and just over 7 inches open. The blade is almost full, with a bit of patina from age as well as some scratches and spotting. Stamped "SHUR-SNAP Colonial, Prov. Up for bidding is a 8" Italian lever lock. The tang is Stamped INOX. In overall NM condition. Opens smooth and fast when the lever is pushed and locks up with minor play both ways. The knife measures approximately 4 1/2" closed and 7 7/8" open. Handles are stag with no chips or cracks that I can see.
